Initial Consultation:
Please note, an “Initial Consultation” is required before booking any training sessions. This is a one-on-one session to discuss your goals, movement patterns, and current fitness level. Your first session after your initial consultation will be at no charge to you.
If you’re pregnant or postnatal, this consult includes an in-depth discussion of your birth history (as much as you’re comfortable with sharing), pelvic floor and core function, and current recovery stage to ensure your training is safe and supportive from the start.

1:1 Personal Training PLUS
$79 (30-45 mins)
This session is all about giving you guidance, structure, and a full luxury experience. You'll enjoy a personalized workout designed around your specific goals, with added support outside the session for habit tracking and mini goal setting.
Perfect for women wanting deeper guidance, especially those returning to exercise after birth. Includes tailored movement strategies, pelvic floor and core integration, and post-session stretch and recovery.

1:1 Personal Training Basic
$59 (30 mins)
Designed for those who are motivated but want a bit of accountability and expert support. No extras, just effective training and focused energy in a private space.
This is a great entry point for women looking to build consistency and confidence. This option still includes safe, personalised programming, ideal for mums easing back into training or anyone seeking solid, no-fuss sessions.

2:1 Personal Training
$39 (45 mins)
Train alongside a friend with personalized guidance for both of you. Each session is designed to meet your individual goals while still keeping things fun and focused.

A joint workout designed around both individuals’ fitness goals
Your choice of music to keep the energy up
Bottled water for each of you
A cold towel after your session
Please note: Due to limited space and the need to ensure safety and attention for both clients, 2:1 sessions are not suitable for bringing kids along. (New born babies and those needing to breastfeed are an exception).
